I better start blogging - or else

I was told that I need to get with the times and start blogging my ideas, thoughts and knowledge. Truth be known, I am a better conversationalist (is this a word?) than a writer. So please bear with me, as I gather my ideas, thoughts and knowledge and put it to Blog.
